Cris “Sunshine” Lencioni is set to battle Robin “Pokerface” van Roosmalen at Bellator 232.

Taking place in Uncasville, Conn. on October 26, this featherweight attraction will be exciting to watch.

Van Roosmalen is a former featherweight and lightweight champion in Glory Kickboxing. This will be his Bellator debut after signing with the promotion in May. The 30-year-old trains at Hard Knocks 365 in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Currently, the Dutch fighter is 2-0-0 as a pro with two wins via knockout.

Don’t count on this being a stand up only bout though, as Van Roosmalen also has a blackbelt in Judo.

Cris “Sunshine” Lencioni trains out of American Top Team Portland. He won his last fight at Bellator 221 in May via triangle choke at 4:55 in round 1. This is his 5th fight under the Bellator promotion. Lencioni has 2 wins and 2 losses with the promotion and a professional record of 5-2-0 overall. Most of his wins have been by submission.

When The Scrap spoke to the 25-year-old fighter he stated, “I’ve never been submitted or finished or even rocked, just held down”.

This match up should feature plenty of grappling expertise and will be an exciting one between “Sunshine “and “Pokerface” at Bellator 232 later this month.
