The fight lasted all five rounds and ultimately Maia lost the bout by unanimous decision. “Smilin” Sam Alvey – The light heavyweight last competed on Fight Island at UFC 254 in October. His fight against Da Un Jung resulted in a draw. I left my old one somewhere between Abu Dhabi and Las Vegas on my trip home 😅.”
Orion “Galaxy” Cosce – Cosce recently won a UFC contract on Week 3 of DWCS Season 4. The 26-year-old was scheduled to fight Nicolas Dalby at UFC 255, but was forced to pull out of the bout due to an undisclosed injury. With a recent victory in the co-main event at LFA 96, he still has his eye at getting into the UFC in 2021. The 23-year-old lightweight has a special request for Santa this year. “For Christmas I want COVID to disappear, so families are able to get together this holiday season”.
