A good management company is important in the life of a fighter.

There are many tasks that a manager should handle while the fighter concentrates on training. In addition, managers may have contacts with sponsors and promoters that can help fighters achieve their goals. The Scrap breaks down some of the best management companies specializing in the field of MMA.

Dodge Sports

Dodge Sports is a full-service athlete management and marketing agency specializing in professional mixed martial arts. Company founder, Matt Dodge, recently spoke to The Scrap about his company. “We take a personalized, systematic approach to everything we do at Dodge Sports. We get to know our clients and work to match them with the right fight organizations and the right corporate sponsors and partners, leading us and in turn, our clients to great success. We allocate a tremendous amount of resources behind our men and women to give them the best shot of success, inside and outside of the cage and treat everyone with the same level of effort and attention they should expect out of their representative. Over the past 12-years we’ve developed relationships with promoters, matchmakers, and sponsors which are rooted in our core values of respect, hard work, and always doing the right thing”.

Some of the fighters Dodge Sports represents are Andre Ewell (UFC), Canadians Anthony Romero, Jasmine Jasudavicius and Aaron Jeffery (Contender Series), Former 2x Ultimate Fighter winner, Jesse Taylor and Bellator standout, Fernando Gonzalez.
