Merab Dvalishvili’s plan: Beat Casey Kenney, fight Sean O’Malley (VIDEO)
Merab Dvalishvili has an opportunity to jump into the top-15 of one of the UFC’s most loaded divisions this Saturday night.
“The Machine” will take on Casey Kenney at UFC on ESPN+ 25 in a pivotal bantamweight matchup. The event takes place at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, NM and is headlined by a light heavyweight bout between Corey Anderson and Jan Blachowicz.
Dvalishvili joined The Scrap to discuss preparation for the matchup, competing in the World Sambo Championships in South Korea, how he likes the fight with Kenney from a stylistic perspective, getting motivation from Aljamain Sterling, how he sees the fight playing out, wanting a fight with Sean O’Malley in the future, and more.
