Week 3 of Dana White’s Contender Series Season 10 is here, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. Ten hungry prospects will step into the cage, all fighting for that life-changing UFC contract.
Headlining the night is a can’t-miss bantamweight scrap between Bella Mir and Alex Apodaca. Check out the full lineup and our predictions for an explosive Week 3 of DWCS:

Card Predictions for Contender Series Week 3:
Bella Mir vs. Alex Apodaca
Bella Mir, the daughter of UFC legend Frank Mir, is an NIL athlete with an undefeated record at 23 years old. She boasts excellent grappling credentials, making her submission game the clearest path to victory. In MMA, she has submitted all but one of her opponents in the first round and enters as a heavy favorite.
However, Alex Apodaca has never been finished and should provide a tough test. She trains at Factory X in Colorado and owns a 3-1 professional record, along with a 4-2 amateur record that gives her more overall MMA experience.
Prediction: Bella Mir via Submission
Mario Piazzon vs. Guilherme Uriel
Mario Piazzon is a 28-year-old Brazilian knockout artist who previously appeared on Contender Series in 2023. He won via disqualification, but failed to earn a UFC contract. After spending the past few years on the regional scene, he gets another opportunity and enters this bout on a two-fight winning streak.
Guilherme Uriel, 29, is also making his second Contender Series appearance after losing to Josh Hokit last season. He bounced back with a first-round knockout in LFA in March. With heavyweight fighters always in demand, a strong performance could earn either man a contract. Uriel enters as the favorite.

Sean Clancy Jr. vs. Gary Balletto Jr.
Sean Clancy Jr. is an undefeated 23-year-old from Scotland who won a Cage Warriors championship in his most recent bout. He has just one amateur loss and has finished every professional opponent, going beyond the second round only once. Three of his wins have come by rear-naked choke.
Gary Balletto Jr., 31, is a New England native with plenty of experience of his own, including regional championships at both middleweight and welterweight and a background in bare-knuckle boxing. He also owns wins over solid competition, with two of his losses coming against fighters who eventually signed with the UFC.
Despite Balletto’s experience and résumé, Clancy Jr. enters as a significant favorite.

Ronald Humphrey vs. Alexis Miranda
Ronald Humphrey is a 25-year-old undefeated fighter from Atlanta who has finished every opponent in the first round except one, including during his amateur career. His nickname, “The Career Ender,” sets high expectations, and his undefeated record and finishing rate have made him a fighter to watch heading into this bout.
Alexis Miranda, 27, brings significantly more experience and should have a size advantage after competing at middleweight and not fighting at welterweight since 2024. That experience and size could make this Humphrey’s toughest test yet, especially if the fight extends beyond the opening round.
Still, Humphrey enters with plenty of momentum and is a significant favorite.

Nick Galanti vs. Carlos Petruzzella
Nick Galanti is a 28-year-old fighter training out of Dante Rivera BJJ, an underrated gym that continues to make a name for itself. A submission specialist with a knack for finding a variety of chokes, Galanti won the CFFC middleweight championship in his most recent bout and enters on a five-fight winning streak. He is a moderate favorite but faces a significant test.
Carlos Petruzzella, 29, hails from Argentina and brings considerably more experience with a 15-1 record. He has finished all 15 of his victories and gone to the third round just once. He has also won regional titles at welterweight and middleweight, giving him experience across multiple divisions.
His lone loss came in LFA, suggesting the step up in competition may have been a challenge at the time. Still, his experience and finishing ability give him the tools to make this a competitive fight despite entering as the underdog.
