GLORY 83 goes down live on PPV this Saturday in Essen, Germany. The card is set feature a title fight headliner, where newly crowned light heavyweight champion Sergej Maslobojev defends his belt after claiming the vacant belt in his last outing. He takes on a familiar foe in Donegi Abena, who he defeated back in 2021 via split decision.
In the co-main event, we have another rematch between Donovan Wisse and Donegi Abena. Originally, Wisse was scheduled to defend his middleweight title. However, Abena came in overweight by 2kg (4lbs). The bout will remain intact, but the title will not be on the line.
