Randy Couture throws hands in new film ‘Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace’
It is not often you get to sit down with a human being as credentialed as Randy Couture. MMA legend, fight commentator, army sergeant, and now a damn good actor. Randy has really made a name for himself in the movie industry following a successful fighting career. Something present-day fighters should aim to emulate in terms of expanding their opportunities beyond the cage. You can catch Couture in fan favorites such as The Expendables, Hawaii Five-0, and a number of other lucrative projects.
In his latest role, we see Randy play Marcus in Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace. He stars alongside well-known actors such as Denise Richards and Cuba Gooding Jr. Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace is a fun action fantasy film written by Chris Kato and directed by Ali Zamani. It’s based on an Iraq war veteran who embarks on a quest to stop an army of the dead from taking over the world.
Much like his fighting career, we do see the MMA legend throw some hands in this film. Randy has come a long way in movie fighting sequences since his first one in the 2002 film Cradle 2 the Grave with Jet Li. We discuss working with well known actors, his thoughts on the movie, preparing for the role, and more. Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace is out now and available on Amazon Prime and other digital platforms. If you are a fan of Randy Couture, then show him some love and check out the movie.
