With comparisons to all-time greats and youth on his side, many believe Topuria is on track to become an MMA icon. His vicious three-fight knockout streak has only added to the hype, leaving fans eager to know who’s next for “El Matador.”

A super-fight between Topuria and Islam Makhachev has been touted. But after a potential leak, we may have found who is next for ‘El Matador’. Let’s just say, fans aren’t feeling it.

Justin Gaethje Could Be Next for Topuria

Justin Gaethje and Arman Tsarukyan have been heavily linked as the next opponents for Topuria, with a potential title eliminator on the table. However, Justin Gaethje’s recent comments at a UFC fan Q&A suggest he may know something that we don’t.

Gaethje said: “It’s me or Arman, and I believe someone has to fight him [Topuria] this year.”

Justin cryptically added, “I think I’m in a better spot than Arman. I hope it’s MSG [Madison Square Garden], and I get to defend it on the White House lawn. That’s what I’m planning.”
