WWE LFG Season 3

Breaking Down Every WWE LFG Season 3 Rumor So Far

Read Time:5 Minute, 37 Second

WWE LFG Season 3 has begun filming, and as expected, the rumors are already flying. We’ve heard everything from potential coaching shake-ups to a megathread cast list circulating on Reddit.

As the show heads toward its anticipated 2026 premiere window, let’s break down the biggest rumors and see what we can actually confirm by scrubbing social media, articles, and reports — with receipts.

Natalya & Kevin Owens Joining LFG

The biggest news so far is the addition of Natalya and Kevin Owens to LFG Season 3.

The story first came from Mike Johnson of PWInsider, with Fightful Select backing the report, describing their involvement as mentors. However, because the show’s terminology uses “Legends” for coaches, not mentors, I questioned it and their actual involvement.

Are they confirmed as full-time coaches, or simply appearing in a limited capacity?

What We Know

On January 14th, Natalya confirmed at least one day of LFG filming in a tweet:

If filming took place the week before December 12th, as mentioned in The Takedown’s Sports Illustrated article, that would put production at around week six of shooting for the season when this post was published.

We previously suggested Natalya as an ideal coach for a future season in an article where we listed several no-brainer options. It looks like WWE may agree.

Is the Show’s Format Changing?

This rumor also came from PWInsider, and unlike many fan theories circulating, this one holds more weight.

What the Report Says

  • The format is “slightly changing.”
  • WWE allegedly plans to involve more guest stars this season.
  • Filming began the week of 12/1/2025.

Now we don’t know what changes. But having more guest stars would mean they are reverting back to what they did in Season 1. Regardless, we discussed format adjustments we wanted to see on our ScrapChat episode:

The Reddit Roster

A Reddit user posted what they claim is a “confirmed and likely list” of Season 3 cast members. The post includes coaches, men’s and women’s divisions, and “up in the air” categories.

Here is a breakdown with context:

Rumored Coaches

  • Booker T
  • Bubba Ray Dudley
  • Kevin Owens
  • Natalya

This aligns with reporting from PWInsider/Fightful regarding Owens and Natalya. Booker T and Bubba Ray returning is also logical, as they’ve appeared on both previous seasons.

Rumored Male

Rumored confirmed list:

  • Aaron Fara
  • Chris Island
  • Drake Morreaux
  • Elijah Holyfield — Confirmed
  • Jaime Garcia
  • Mike Vecchio — Most Likely Casted
  • Nathaniel Cranton — Confirmed
  • Shady Elnahas — Confirmed

If this list is accurate, Chris Island, Drake Morreaux, and Elijah Holyfield would be the only returning competitors. So far we’ve only seen confirmation on Holyfield’s return.

Up in the air:

  • Cyrus Habibi-Likio
  • Dusan Novakovic
  • Francois Prinsloo

Unlikely:

  • Braxton Cole
  • Brooks Jensen
  • Harlem Lewis
  • Jax Presley
  • Harley Riggins
  • Kam Hendrix
  • Keanu Carver
  • Tate Wilder
  • Trill London

Trill London was on Season 2, but he recently debuted on Evolve, and so did Kam Hendrix.

Harlem Lewis also returned to Evolve after a short stint in Japan, and he has been seen tagging with Mike Vecchio during house shows. Keanu Carver recently debuted on WWE NXT in a big way, and Brooks Jensen is a former NXT Superstar. So honestly, a lot of the names on the unlikely list make sense.

I checked everyone else’s Instagram accounts for teases and couldn’t find any.

What We Can Add

The one rumored name that seems likely to be on this season is Shady Elnahas. He’s an Olympian judoka who is currently dating Tiffany Stratton. On his Instagram carousel, the fourth photo shows the LFG set with green lighting, indirectly supporting his inclusion:

The only thing I’ve seen so far regarding Nathaniel Cranton is this photo of him with Shady, taken by Andrea Kelley, who is a contributing photographer for LFG.

There’s also a report from Ringside News that confirms WWE taped two matches for the upcoming third season of LFG. Fans in attendance saw Elijah Holyfield pick up a win over Nathaniel Cranton. Based on that taping information, I think we can safely confirm both of them for Season 3.

It’s not 100% confirmed that Mike Vecchio is part of this season. This recent reports suggest that Elio Lefleur faced Vecchio (also known as Mike Derudder) in an LFG match on January 13th. For now, we’ll leave their statuses as unconfirmed because Elio is gearing up to debut on WWE NXT in a match for the North American Championship.

Rumored Female Cast

Rumored confirmed list:

  • Bayley Humphrey
  • Chantel Monroe — Confirmed
  • Jessica Bogdavov
  • Meghan Walker
  • Sirena Linton
  • Tatyanna Dumas
  • Zena Sterling — Confirmed

If this list is accurate, Bayley Humphrey, Sirena Linton, Tatyanna Dumas, and Zena Sterling would be the only returning competitors. So far we’ve only seen confirmation on Sterling’s return.

Up in the air:

  • Carlee Bright
  • Layla Diggs
  • Masyn Holiday
  • Aria Bennett
  • Kali Armstrong
  • PJ Vasa

What throws a wrench in this list is that reports from LFG tapings indicate a match between Kendal Gray and PJ Vasa took place. So, PJ could very well be returning this season. Kendal, however, wouldn’t make sense given her current run in NXT and her status as Evolve Women’s Champion.

Since Elio was also on this episode on the men’s side, I have a feeling they are taking on current roster members as part of a challenge. So, only time will tell I guess.

What We Can Add

Unlike the men’s list, there’s less visual or social confirmation for the rumored women’s roster. However, in the same report from tapings prior to New Year’s Evil, a match between Zena Sterling and Chantel Monroe was confirmed, with Chantel coming out victorious. Interestingly, both are also on Evolve, but we can go ahead and confirm their roster spots.

Season 3 of WWE LFG is shaping up to be the most interesting iteration yet. Between format adjustments, new faces potentially joining the cast, and major names like Owens and Natalya stepping in, it feels like the show is entering a new era.

As always, The Scrap will continue tracking confirmations and debunking rumors as more information surfaces. If you’re looking for more LFG content in the meantime, check out what we think we know so far about Season 3 due to some debuts and releases:
