MMA Fighter Trades the Cage for Love on Netflix’s ‘Age of Attraction’
David Evans is trading the cage for the dating stage in Netflix’s bold new series, Age of Attraction.
The show shakes up traditional dating rules by forbidding contestants from asking each other one question: “How old are you?” Instead, connections are built purely on chemistry, compatibility, and that elusive spark.
Hailing from Wentzville, Missouri, David has made a name for himself both in the ring and behind the microphone. As a professional MMA fighter, he fights at featherweight and currently holds a 5-3 professional record. He has competed in promotions worldwide and even appeared on the PFL Challenger Series in 2023.
Most recently, Evans fought at Synergy FC 18 in February 2025. When he’s not competing, David brings his insight to fans as a broadcast analyst for Anthony Pettis Fighting Championship.
‘Age of Attraction’
Guided by hosts Nick Viall and Natalie Joy, David will navigate the dating experiment alongside other singles with bold résumés, including competitive equestrians, romance models, and self-proclaimed love-language innovators. In a season dominated by charismatic Leo men, David’s calm, reflective energy could be the perfect balance.
Will the MMA fighter find love outside the octagon? Age of Attraction is streaming now, and fans can watch David and the rest of the singles discover whether their sparks will survive the ultimate test, the real world. Check out his bio on Netflix:
David Evans
Age: 31
Occupation: Broadcast Analyst & MMA Fighter
Astrology: Capricorn
Location: Wentzville, Missouri
About: David calls himself the “strong, silent type” — but don’t mistake quiet for boring. This globe-trotting professional prizefighter has gone toe-to-toe in rings around the world and now breaks down combat sports as an analyst. And when it comes to love? Let’s just say David has a well-documented appreciation for older women. “I’m often told I have an old soul,” he says — and he’s more than ready to prove it.
