Card Preview & Predictions for Halloween Havoc
NXT Halloween Havoc 2026 is shaping up to be a must-watch event. Below, we break down each matchup, provide our predictions, and highlight the key storylines ahead of the big night:
Danhausen Curses an NXT Champion
Danhausen is the perfect host for Halloween Havoc. But he’s there for a reason. Grayson Waller seems like the obvious choice to get cursed, except Danhausen has already cursed him before. Is there a limit to how many times you can get cursed? Whatever the rules are, Waller is on a run right now that shouldn’t end prematurely.
But what if it’s Kelani Jordan? She talks plenty of shit, too, and could easily say something that gets her on Danhausen’s bad side. A win for Wren Sinclair also makes things interesting when you consider that Kendal Grey is likely on her way back.
Either way, one of these champions is getting cursed at Halloween Havoc. My money is on Kelani.
NXT Championship: Grayson Waller (c) vs. Tony D’Angelo
With Kelani Jordan getting my pick for the curse and a potential move to the main roster, I’m going with Grayson Waller to retain here. Partly because he’s already been cursed, but mostly because he’s on a generational run by his standards.
Taking the title off him this soon would suck. And to Tony D’Angelo, of all people? That would be a questionable way to end a reign that still has plenty of life left in it.
Prediction: Grayson Waller
NXT Women’s Championship: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Wren Sinclair
Kelani Jordan is probably going to say something that gets her cursed by Danhausen. Thankfully, she got the wedding out of the way first.
With her husband Carmelo Hayes on SmackDown as part of The 946, I could see her eventually joining him. A main roster move feels overdue, and Kelani would be a great addition.
As for Wren Sinclair, I’m interested in seeing what she could do as champion. We know Shawn Michaels is a big fan of hers, so this moment felt inevitable. I think it’s time to give her a run with the title. And when Kendal Grey returns, things could get even more interesting with her best friend holding the gold she once did. Heel Kendal incoming?
Prediction: Wren Sinclair
