Meet The Cast of WWE LFG Season 3: Instagrams & Backgrounds

WWE LFG Season 3 is finally here! Three seasons in, the groundbreaking series continues to give fans an inside look at the journey of aspiring WWE Superstars as they train under legendary mentors.
This season features a new coaching lineup. Booker T and Bubba Ray Dudley return, joined by Kevin Owens and Natalya, as they guide the next wave of WWE hopefuls. But unlike previous seasons, there are no teams. Everyone is working toward the same goal, and the stakes are higher than ever; either you move forward or you go home.
So who are the competitors stepping into the spotlight this season? Here’s a breakdown of the new WWE LFG cast:
The Returners
With one or two seasons under their belt, things are different this time around. WWE has brought back most of the cast members from both seasons to continue building their momentum. Here’s who’s returning for Season 3:
Drake Morreaux
From: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Original Season: Season 1

Drake Morreaux, the self-proclaimed “swamp man” known for fighting alligators, brought an adventurous spirit to WWE, at least during Season 1 and much of Season 2.
A former college football player at SMU, he turned down an NFL opportunity to chase his WWE dreams. After a SummerSlam tryout, Drake quickly made waves, developing a rivalry with Dante Chen on WWE Level Up. Since then, he has also appeared on WWE Evolve. With his size and presence, Drake naturally stands out in the ring.
Last season, Drake finally came into his own. Chosen over BJ Ray by Bubba Ray, he made it to the semi-finals, proving he could combine his athleticism with his character work. This season, expect even more from Drake. He’s poised to push further as a returner and could very well win it all.
Kam Hendrix
From: Sacramento, California

Anthony Luke has been an athlete his entire life, dedicating years to football, amateur wrestling, MMA, and boxing. A lifelong WWE fan, he knew at just eight years old that he wanted to become a WWE Superstar. In 2021, he played professional football in the Canadian Football League with the Montreal Alouettes.
His path took a pivotal turn when he attended the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony with his girlfriend, WWE Superstar Maxxine Dupri. There, legends Booker T and Kurt Angle told him he had the look of a professional wrestler, fueling his drive to chase his childhood dream. He draws inspiration from icons like Triple H, Kurt Angle, Batista, and The Rock. Now on LFG, Anthony is determined to carve out his own legacy in WWE.
A semifinalist in both seasons, Luke has consistently stood out, even drawing comparisons to The Rock. Since the inception of LFG, he has married Maxxine Dupri, adopted the ring name Kam Hendrix, debuted on WWE Evolve, and challenged for championship gold. Heading into Season 3, it’s do or die for Hendrix.
Zena Sterling
From: Broadview Heights, Ohio

Zena Sterling is a 22-year-old Ukrainian gymnast and one of the original standouts of WWE LFG. Despite being doubted from day one, she quickly proved she belonged. As the youngest and only Ukrainian woman in WWE, Zena is already carving out a unique path. She also appeared on WWE’s Next Gen, one of the company’s newer shows that streamed on Roku.
Zena finished as the runner-up in Season 1 for Team Bubba Ray. Last season, she made it to the semifinals. But with higher expectations placed on her, it felt like she lost a bit of momentum and didn’t fully capitalize.
Now heading into Season 3, Zena needs to prove she can be a top name in a division that’s only getting more competitive. Her gimmick and finisher have already shown flashes of something unique, and the potential is undeniable. However this season, it’s about confidence and consistency.
Since the show, she’s also appeared on WWE Evolve, continuing to gain valuable experience alongside other cast members.
Chris Island

Chris Island is now 24, but he carries himself like a seasoned competitor. A high school national champion wrestler, he grew up idolizing WWE legends like Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton, and John Cena. Shaped by life’s experiences, he understands that nothing is guaranteed, only today is promised, and he approaches every opportunity with that mindset.
One of the original cast members, Island has yet to fully break through, falling short of the finals in both seasons. However, with two years of experience under his belt, a relentless work ethic, and a growing presence on social media, he’s clearly putting in the effort to evolve.
Chris showed steady improvement during Season 1 on Team Mickie, and in Season 2 on Team Booker, he was just a step behind standout newcomer Harlem Lewis. Now, with more matches and confidence, this season feels like a pivotal moment.
He’s also been one of the more outspoken competitors, never afraid to speak his mind. Expect Chris to come in hungry and ready. But if he wants to take that next step, he’ll need to fully commit to a gimmick that connect, and building an identity.
Elijah Holyfield
From: Atlanta, Georgia

Elijah Holyfield is a former NFL player and an absolute freak of nature athletically. He never saw a clear path into WWE until he witnessed others make successful crossovers from different sports. At 26 years old, he carries the legacy of his legendary father, Evander Holyfield. But, Elijah is determined to build his own path, one in the WWE.
While he embraces the power of his last name, he’s focused on creating a Holyfield legacy that extends beyond boxing. For Elijah, greatness runs in the family, no matter what sport he competes in.
Last season, Elijah’s journey was cut short by an injury. He had already proven himself as a semifinalist on Team Undertaker in Season 1, despite being new to the WWE Performance Center. Now, with a second season under his belt, he could finally make his mark.
Elijah has really started to stand out, showcasing he has aura, a strong persona, and solid mic skills. Now he has the in-ring skills to round it all out. But coming back from injury, he’s going to look like an absolute freak athlete.

Myka Lockwood
From: Chandler, Arizona
Original Season: Season 1

Bayley Humphrey brings a unique blend of athleticism and eerie intrigue to WWE LFG.
A former acrobatics and tumbling athlete at Baylor University, she spent four years perfecting high-flying stunts and precision-based movement, skills she is now eager to apply in the ring. This time, instead of catching people, she is having fun throwing them.
Before WWE, Bayley had a very different passion of working with the dead. After Season 1 started, she had recently completed an internship with a crime scene unit. Naturally bubbly and dramatic, Bayley is excited to embrace the darker side of her personality as she evolves at the WWE Performance Center.
Bayley has now been on Team Undertaker for two seasons. She reached the semifinals in Season 1 despite being just weeks into the Performance Center. In Season 2, she took a step back and was not showcased as regularly.
Now competing under her official in-ring name, Myka Lockwood, expect her to fully hone her character and make a statement in Season 3.
PJ Vasa
From: Seattle, Washington

Penina Tuilaepa, now known as PJ Vasa, is a powerhouse with a no-nonsense approach to professional wrestling. A former rugby player, her love for physicality caught WWE’s attention, and she’s brought that same intensity to WWE LFG.
Fans have compared her promo style to Jacob Fatu. But, she sees herself more in the mold of Gunther; valuing technical precision, ruthless efficiency, and attention to detail over flash.
Of Samoan descent, Penina embraces the culture and legacy that comes with it. Watching The Bloodline dominate WWE has been a major source of inspiration. Representing Samoa on a big stage means everything to her, and she’s determined to carve out her own place in that lineage.
Penina was a force in Season 1 on Team Booker, especially on the mic, earning a semifinalist finish. In Season 2, she took another step forward on Team Michelle McCool, reaching her first finals and defeating fellow standout Zena Sterling along the way.
Since adopting her in-ring name, PJ Vasa has also appeared on WWE Evolve, where she’s been prominently featured as a heel while chasing the Evolve Women’s Championship. Heading into Season 3, her trajectory is one to watch as she looks to build on that momentum.
Sirena Linton
From: South Phoenix, Arizona

Sirena Linton’s journey to WWE has been defined by resilience and passion. A former gymnast at the University of Arizona, she was part of WWE’s NIL Athlete Class of 2024.
Growing up a WWE fan, Sirena was drawn to lucha libre and indie wrestling, often recreating matches at home with her father and brothers. As a Mexican American, wrestling has always been part of her cultural identity, and she’s driven to honor her roots while showcasing the passion that fuels her.
Sirena began as a “one-weeker” on WWE LFG in Season 1, joining Team Mickie with limited experience. But what she lacked in experience, she made up for with heart and a willingness to learn. By Season 2, on Team Booker, she took a major step forward, emerging as a standout and reaching her first semifinals.
Heading into Season 3, Sirena enters a more competitive field, but her steady growth makes her one to watch. The question now is whether she can continue that upward trajectory and take another leap forward.
Harlem Lewis
From: Long Island, New York
Original Season: Season 2

Harlem Lewis is built different, because he had to be. At 25, the former football player traded the pitch in Italy for the wrestling ring, bringing that same elite athleticism and drive into a whole new arena.
But Harlem is more than just another athlete making the jump. He’s a groundbreaker. The first to move from WWE Evolve to LFG, he represents what this new era of pro wrestling is all about: versatility, presence, and raw storytelling power.
For Harlem, this journey is more than just a career move. It’s personal. We saw that in Season 2. Wrestling was always part of his life growing up; his mom was the true fan, the one who passed on her love for the business. Now, he is living out the dream they once shared, which is why he is harder on himself than anyone else.
With his first season behind him and despite reaching the semifinals, expect Harlem to come into Season 3 even hungrier. He has been putting in the work, wrestling in Japan for NOAH, and even returning to WWE Evolve. It should be exciting to see how they use him in Season 3, and if he could win it all this time.
Trill London
From: Yonkers, New York
Original Season: Season 2

A former NFL defensive back, Trill London showed his athletic potential early, eventually signing with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2021.
Though he was waived just days later due to a failed physical, he didn’t let the setback define him. The Miami Dolphins quickly claimed him, and during the 2021 season, he appeared in five games, proving he belonged at the highest level.
Just as momentum was building, Trill suffered a torn ACL in 2022, landing him on injured reserve. He was ultimately waived in 2023, but what could have been the end of his football career became the start of something new.
In November 2024, WWE signed him following an impressive tryout, turning a childhood dream into reality at 25 years old. Growing up, Trill was always drawn to sports entertainment. With a blend of charisma, speed, and athleticism, he now looks to carve out a new legacy in the squared circle.
Last season, as part of Team Michelle McCool, he was still early in his pro wrestling journey and didn’t reach the semifinals. But he did often draw comparisons to Jeff Hardy that he struggled to break away from. Now, with a full season under his belt, Trill has all the tools to emerge as a breakout fan favorite.
The New Cast Members
Nikkita Lyons

Age: 26 Years Old
Nikkita Lyons is an interesting addition, having bounced between NXT and WWE Evolve before landing on LFG. She’s shown resilience in returning from injury and has already been involved in meaningful feuds, including clashes with the likes of Lash Legend.
We’ve also seen her character continue to evolve, with clips of her recent work, including her current pursuit of the WWE Evolve Women’s Championship, going viral on social media. Now back in the mix, Lyons is once again positioned as a proven name across multiple WWE platforms.
Given that she’s already competed across NXT, Evolve, and LFG, it raises an interesting question on what exactly the prize is for the winner this season. But for someone like Lyons, it may need to be something beyond just an NXT contract.
