Former UFC fighter Todd Duffee casted for new reality show on USA Network
It looks like former UFC heavyweight Todd Duffee is back behind the cameras… This time on a new reality show called Snake in the Grass streaming on the USA Network.
The show seems to have elements of Survivor, The Mole and The Hustler. It’s a new competition series hosted by Bobby Bones which drops four contestants into the wilds of Central America. They tackle challenges, knowing the “Snake” is among them trying to block their every move.
Entertainment Weekly announced the full cast list back in June. It featured stars from prior Survivor, Big Brother, and Naked and Afraid seasons. Duffee joins 31 cast members in a quest to win $100,000.
Duffee is no stranger to the big screen, most notably starring as Tim Newhouse in the movie Never Back Down 2. In the octagon, he has an impressive 9-3-1 record and was last seen competing at UFC on ESPN+ 16 back in 2019. Duffee holds notable finishes over Neil Grove, Phil De Fries, and Anthony Hamilton.
Snake in the Grass premiered on August 1, 2022. Episodes will be released on the USA Network every Monday at 11pm ET. It is still unknown at this time what episode Duffee will appear on.
