Dominik Mysterio vs. El Grande Americano will headline the card for the AAA Mega Championship. Flammer is also scheduled to defend the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship against La Catalina.

Card Preview & Predictions for TripleMania 34 Night 2
Night 2 of TripleMania is shaping up to be a must-watch event. Below, we break down each matchup, provide our predictions, and highlight the key storylines ahead of the big night:
AAA Mega Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. El Grande Americano
If you’ve been following El Grande Americano’s story, you know he has been on track to become AAA Mega Champion. He is so over in Mexico that crowning him feels inevitable. It just comes at the expense of Dominik Mysterio, who has also been excellent as champion.
As I said in my Night 1 predictions, Omos beating Rey Mysterio only strengthens my belief that El Grande Americano wins here. I’m sticking with that pick.
AAA Reina de Reinas Championship Match: Flammer (c) vs. La Catalina
This one feels like a no-brainer, especially after AAA made such a big deal about La Catalina’s signing. Add in what unfolded between Flammer and La Hiedra on Night 1, and it only confirms that it’s La Catalina’s time.
AAA World Tag Team Championship Open Challenge: Erik & Ivar (c) vs. TBD
An open challenge on AAA’s biggest night demands a game-changing debut, and whoever answers should win the titles. If it isn’t a new signing, it has to be Los Americanos.
During our Night 1 watch-along, I predicted they would leave TripleMania draped in gold. With El Grande Americano competing in the main event and WWE leaving a day between shows for talent to travel from Las Vegas to Mexico City, all signs point to his group completing the sweep.
Mexican Street Fight: Psycho Clown vs. El Carnicero
Psycho Clown vs. El Carnicero is going to be a banger. After El Carnicero came out of nowhere during the AAA World Trios Championship match on Night 1 and took out Psycho Clown, I was sold on the character. AAA is clearly building him into a terrifying force, so there’s no reason to halt his momentum here.
AAA World Cruiserweight Championship Fatal 4-Way Match: Rey Fenix (c) vs. Nathan Frazer vs. Jack Cartwheel vs. Mini Vikingo
I’m not a fan of so many wrestlers from Night 1 competing again on Night 2. AAA has a deep enough roster that it should not have been necessary, but here we are. Rey Fénix faces three men who competed on the first card, and nothing from their matches suggested that any of them will dethrone him. I’m going with “and still.”
Copa Bardahl Match: Competitors TBD
Having this match at TripleMania doesn’t make much sense unless the winner receives a future title opportunity. I have no idea who will win, but with several Night 1 competitors also appearing on Night 2, I’m going out on a limb and picking Omos as a potential frontrunner.
If he’s sticking around Mexico, he’s going to need that automotive oil sponsorship from Bardahl.
