Tarps Off Fight Club announces Niagara Falls, ON card in December

Tarps Off Fight Club announces their kickoff via The ‘Brawl by the Falls’.
The inaugural live MMA card from Tarps Off Sports emanates from the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The action goes down on Saturday, December 18th with the preliminary portion beginning at 7pm EST.
There will be an appearance from special guest host MMA legend/Tarps Off Sports staple, Jake Shields. The former Strikeforce Champion and UFC title contender is also hosting the exclusive after-party. The show purportedly features rising local warriors and globally known fighters alike.
The first announced prizefight will be for the TOFC Featherweight Championship belt. This one features a clash pitting Michael Imperato (9-4) against Eric Wilson (7-10) for the distinction of being the promotion’s first titleholder at 145 pounds.
There will be a live audience of up to 13,000 people to be mindful of Covid limitations. TOFC 1 streams live on the Fite TV app to facilitate international viewing capabilities.

Michael Imperato has been a professional mixed martial arts competitor for eleven years now and has competed at 135 pounds, 145 pounds, as well as catchweight affairs. The former XFFC bantamweight champion is riding back-to-back wins. He looks to extend his winning streak to three and capture gold in another weight category.
Eric Wilson has fought for nearly thirteen years and has tested himself against some of the country’s best in the lower weight divisions. Wilson has a win over TUF 14/UFC vet Roland Delorme. He has also shared cage space with names like Bellator MMA bantamweight Josh Hill, dual division Rise FC champ/recent UFC signee Chad Anheliger, and former XFFC flyweight champion Adrian Wooley to name a few.
