Aaron Jeffery makes a quick turnaround after fighting on Dana White’s Contender Series against Dennis Olson at Combat Zone 71 in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The Canadian prospect makes his promotional debut on August 23, looking to get back in the win column after his first submission loss to Brendan Allen on week 4 of DWCS. Prior to that, Jeffery (6-2 MMA) captured the BTC Middleweight Championship and was riding a 4-fight win steak, 3 of those being finishes.
Olson (14-11 MMA) makes his MMA return after a 3-fight losing streak in 2016. His last win came via split decision against Jarod Lawton at NEF 17. “The Menace” looks to get back to his winning ways against a young, up-and-coming prospect in his backyard. A veteran of the game, Olson has fought for various promotions such as CES, NEF Combat Zone and Bellator.
