WWE LFG Season 2: Episode 4 Recap
The world of professional wrestling is entering a new chapter as WWE LFG returns for Season 2 on A&E. With one season now under their belt, the series continues to provide a behind-the-scenes look at what it truly takes to earn a WWE contract—this time with even higher stakes. This season brings back familiar faces from Season 1, while also introducing new talent eager to prove they belong.
Led once again by WWE executives and Hall of Famers Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Shawn Michaels, LFG features a stacked coaching lineup. The Undertaker, Booker T, and Bubba Ray Dudley return to guide the next generation, while Michelle McCool joins the series for her first full season as a mentor. Each week, these legends will help shape the superstars of tomorrow. They offer expertise in-ring and on the mic, helping mold the future of WWE one match at a time.
Season 2, Episode 4: ‘Good Vs. Evil’
The third episode, Good Vs. Evil, will air on on July 13, 2025 on A&E. The episode kicks off with Shawn Michaels emphasizing the importance of tapping into your inner heel or babyface. He introduces this week’s guest on WWE LFG, Charlotte Flair. She delivers a dose of reality to the Future Greats, reminding them that not everyone will make it in WWE. Charlotte then shifts focus to authenticity, challenging the group to show her who they truly are.
The Legends take the Future Greats aside to discuss the importance of building a character. One by one, they cut promos in front of Charlotte Flair. Zena steps up first and delivers an impressive promo. Shiloh Hill follows with one that clearly showcases his character. Haze Jameson surprises everyone by nailing her party girl persona. Tayanna Dumas delivers a solid effort, and Charlotte encourages her to embrace being a “bad bitch.”
Sirena Linton cuts an emotional promo that includes a touch of Spanish. Harlem Lewis follows with a strong performance, while Trill London speaks about his NFL background and keeps it Trill with Charlotte. BJ Ray steps up last, calling himself the future poster boy of WWE and even sings to Charlotte. She finds him entertaining but wants to see if it translates in the ring. The Legends then discuss who they want to see compete this week, and the matches begin.
After the matches, the points for the standout male and female performers of the week were awarded. Charlotte presents the points, giving them to Sirena Linton and Shiloh Hill.
Current Scoreboard:

The Matches on Episode 4
Shiloh Hill def. Harlem Lewis
Harlem delivers an intense promo before the match, setting the tone and building hype. He and Shiloh Hill go on to have a hard-hitting back-and-forth battle, with both showcasing standout moments and bringing a sense of realism to the fight. You could tell they both wanted it badly, trading punches that looked and felt real. Shiloh picked up the win after hitting his finisher, then follows it up with a killer post-match promo backstage.
BJ Ray def. Trill London
Trill London is determined to prove he’s here to be great, not just to coast off his former NFL career. He has one of the best overall looks on LFG. The match starts fast, with Trill taking control early. BJ is too distracted by Charlotte, who is watching from ringside. Eventually, he gains momentum and starts to push back.
Trill showcases his unique style and impressive moveset, even giving a nod to Charlotte by hitting BJ with her signature Natural Selection. His high-flying offense ends up costing him, though. BJ capitalizes on a key moment and cheats to get the win. Charlotte says the match wasn’t the strongest technically, but it told the best story of the night.
Tatyanna Dumas def. Zena Sterling
Ahead of the match, Tatyanna was excited and ready to go, while Zena admitted she was nervous. She felt Tatyanna didn’t know what she was doing in the ring. The match started off intense, but just a minute in, Bubba Ray noticed Tatyanna hadn’t laced her boots properly. Both women ended up knocking each other down with clotheslines, and Michelle McCool noted she was confused about the story they were trying to tell.
Zena went for the pin, and Booker T openly said he wanted the match to be over due to how poorly it was going. He didn’t have kind words for Tatyanna and questioned if this was Bubba’s plan for the match. Bubba clarified that things were not going as intended. The Legends were visibly frustrated, feeling that Tayanna’s anxiety got the best of her and derailed the match.
Zena confirmed this afterward, saying it’s tough to perform when you’re in the ring with someone who doesn’t put in even half the work. Tayanna finished the match injured and believed Zena’s intensity was intentional.
Sirena Linton def. Haze Jameson
Before the match, Haze Jameson shares her excitement for fans to finally see her character. Sirena Linton follows with a sharp, aggressive promo that proves turning her heel was the right call. The match kicks off with Sirena spitting in Haze’s hand, then delivering a relentless beatdown. Haze has a few moments to shine but struggles to build any real momentum. The finish is a bit odd, but Sirena manages to cheat her way to a pinfall victory.
Despite the loss, Haze is fired up after the match, and the Legends praise her performance, especially considering she’s only been training for four months. But she’s reminded she still has work to do. Sirena caps things off with another intense promo, issuing a final warning to the women of WWE LFG. She’s laser-focused this season!
