Card Preview & Predictions for WWE Money in the Bank 2026
WWE Money in the Bank 2026 is shaping up to be a must-watch event. Below, we break down each matchup, provide our predictions, and highlight the key storylines ahead of the big night:
World Heavyweight Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. LA Knight
As much as an LA Knight win would blow the roof off the building, and as much as it’s about damn time, I just don’t see it happening.
Money in the Bank could be a way for someone to take Roman’s title without him eating the pin. But looking at the frontrunners to win the briefcase, would they even go after him with The Bloodline backing him up? Sami Zayn doesn’t exactly have many friends, so… yeah.
I just can’t see Roman losing his title unless he has some Street Fighter duties coming up.
Women’s World Championship: Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan
No matter who wins this match, I have a feeling we’re getting an early cash-in on the women’s side, especially if Roxanne wins the briefcase.
The Judgment Day story has been a slow burn, and how many chances are you going to get with Liv in the title picture? Could she win, only to have the title snatched away? Could she get close before Roxanne cashes in and steals the moment?
They may want to hold off to make Liv’s babyface turn feel bigger. But with how slowly this has been building, and banking on Roxanne winning the briefcase, I’m going with Liv winning the title and Roxanne cashing in on her.
Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed
I’m going with the unpopular choice here for a few reasons. The same reason I thought Oba Femi could lose to Bron Breakker applies here.
They seem to be leaning into Oba as a babyface and giving him that classic struggle on the road to the title. This is a big test, and he’s up against a Vision that’s confident they can take him out. They keep assuring Paul Heyman of that, even if he’s skeptical because Oba is a beast.
But Bronson just came back, and he looks phenomenal. There’s no way The Vision doesn’t get involved to help him pull this off somehow.
