Latto, Ice Spice Drop WWE-Inspired Music Video to ‘Gyatt’
If you needed any confirmation that WWE is indeed mainstream, here it is.
After years of fan-fueled comparisons and subtle online jabs, Ice Spice and Latto have finally squashed their beef. The two went toe-to-toe on a banger beat for their first-ever collaboration, ‘Gyatt.’
The song leaked online the Wednesday before its official release, but the WWE-inspired music video premiered on September 4, and fans are already calling it some of Ice Spice’s best rapping yet.
The rivalry had been simmering since early 2024. What started as fan speculation quickly turned into lyrical jabs, subliminal tweets, and pointed social media posts.
Despite the heated exchanges, both rappers decided to turn their rivalry into one of the hottest unexpected collaborations in 2025.
Trading Jabs In the Ring
The cover art for ‘Gyatt’ puts Ice Spice and Latto in a wrestling ring, with the track title rendered in classic WWE-style lettering, a clear nod to the iconic old school logo.
Directed by Hidji World, the video kicks off with a clear homage to Raw and SmackDown, featuring backstage walks, champions carrying their suitcases and titles, followed by dramatic ring entrances.
Cameos include internet personalities Deshae Frost, Tylil James, and Love Island star JaNa Craig. From choreographed wrestling moves to in-ring standoffs, the visuals lean fully into the WWE-inspired theme while letting Ice and Latto shine in their own lanes.
Ending their beef in this over-the-top WWE-style fashion feels almost scripted for the ring, especially since the lyrics still include subtle verbal jabs. Kudos to both for coming together for the moment, something WWE is known for doing often.

Female Rappers & WWE
Recently, female rappers have been seen collaborating with WWE, from Sexyy Red’s NXT appearances to Cardi B hosting SummerSlam. Megan Thee Stallion’s track with RM even serves as the theme song for Friday Night SmackDown.
Whether both women are actual WWE fans or not, it’s clear they have been paying attention to growing trends, particularly the brand’s recent resurgence in mainstream popularity since moving to Netflix.
