The Fanatics Flag Football Classic brought together NFL legends, current players, athletes, and celebrities to take on the 2028 Olympic U.S. Flag Football Team.

WWE Superstar Logan Paul and streamer iShowSpeed suited up for the Wildcats, while recently retired boxing legend Terence Crawford joined the Founders roster.

Flag Football Going Viral

Social media lit up when things got a little heated between Tom Brady and Logan Paul. After a play ended, Brady tossed the ball at Paul, who quickly retaliated. While Paul was flagged on the play, the moment appeared to be all in good fun.

Brady has also been on the radar of WWE fans following recent comments comparing the NFL to WWE. He leaned into the familiar narrative of pro wrestling being scripted, while football is viewed as real competition. Some fans have even speculated that the comments could be setting up a potential appearance at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

Fanatics posted a clip of Paul getting burned by his Wildcats teammate Davante Adams during warm-ups. To Paul’s credit, he held his own at times against the All-Pro wide receiver. Fanatics even joined in on the fun, poking at Brady’s earlier comments about WWE.

Brady and Paul continued exchanging playful jabs after the game, but it was all respect in the end, as the two embraced following the final whistle. At the end of the day, game recognizes game.

Paul, never one to break character, claimed the Wildcats let Team USA have the win in their own sport. Team USA defeated the Wildcats 39–16 and later went on to win the championship against Brady and the Founders.

The Day After

Logan took to social media to make sure he had the last word.

He wanted to make sure to take the opportunity to “apologize” for some of his actions during the event. Paul also explained his actions, and recognized how he might have ruined many careers moving forward.
