Who are the favorites to win the 2020 Money In The Bank briefcases?
On Sunday, May 10th WWE Money In The Bank will take place at the Performance Center and on top of the WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
One of the most important MacGuffins in WWE, the Money un the Bank briefcase, will come into play for both the men and women’s division. With this, the speculation of who will win the briefcase has begun.
Men’s Briefcase
The competitors of this year’s Money In The Bank are: Daniel Bryan, AJ Styles, Baron Corbin, Aleister Black, Otis, and Rey Mysterio.
Of all the competitors, Aleister Black and AJ Styles are the favorites to win the briefcase. Out of the two wrestlers, Aleister Black needs this win more than ever.
It’s been reported by several wrestling news sites that Paul Heyman and higher-ups in WWE are very high on Aleister Black, but so far, he’s been involved in squash matches and short feuds. Black winning the Money in the Bank is the next logical step for him and would help him a lot going forward.
AJ Styles in the other hand, doesn’t really need the briefcase but, the it generally works better when a heel is holding it.
Women’s Briefcase
On the women’s side of things, the competitors are: Asuka, Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans and Carmella.
Out of all the competitors of this year’s women’s Money In The Bank, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler are the favorites to win.
Nia Jax is most likely to win this match. These last few weeks, WWE has put over Nia Jax with several wins and all indicates she will be the next person to feud with current RAW women’s champion, Becky Lynch.
Shyana Baszler’s feud with Becky Lynch is far from over and her picking up the briefcase is a logical move and a way for her to win the championship.
