The Scrap’s 2022 Most Creative Column: Pro Wrestling Spotlight

Read Time:1 Minute, 1 Second

The Scrap was founded on creating creative combat sports content in the oversaturated combat sports media spaces. There is no doubt that we have the most creative content in all of MMA media, but making an impact in the pro wrestling world was equally as important. So Juan Reneo put together a column that has continued to evolve since its inception, the Pro Wrestling Spotlight…

When the global pandemic hit, Juan wanted to highlight the Spanish pro wrestling scene that was hit hard due to the world shutting down. What started with wrestlers getting spotlighted and introduced to our readers, turned into growing promotions getting some shine as well once shows were being put on again.

Juan’s column is the perfect example of one that grew naturally on the site, and continuously evolved into something extremely important for the Spanish independent scene.
