Check out our main card predictions for both events:
CFFC 140 Main Card
Catchweight Main Event Bout
Yaroslav Amosov vs. Curtis Millender
Matchmakers did a stupendous job with this main event billing. Ukraine’s former Bellator welterweight world champion Yaroslav Amosov (27-1) will face UFC and Bellator veteran Curtis Millender (21-10). Their fight is scheduled for three rounds.
Amosov, 31, returns to the cage after not fighting all of 2024. The former world champion suffered his only professional defeat in his last appearance. He faced the talented striker Jason Jackson in November 2023. The well-rounded Ukrainian fighter has notable wins over big names like Douglas Lima, Logan Storley, Erick Silva, and Roberto Soldic.
Millender, 37, has recently switched from bare-knuckle MMA to boxing and traditional MMA. His last UFC fight came against the now-reigning UFC welterweight champion, Belal Muhammad, in April 2019. He lost this fight via unanimous decision and departed the UFC shortly after. Millender has tried his hand inside Bellator and the PFL but has struggled to find a consistent winning groove. The battle-tested fighter is 4-2 in his last six MMA fights.
Prediction: Yaroslav Amosov via KO/TKO
Cage Fury FC Lightweight Championship
Jesse Roberts vs. Omar Rzgoev
The vacant Fury FC lightweight title is on the line in the co-main event. Talented American Jesse Roberts (8-1) takes on the promising undefeated Armenian challenger Omar Rzgoev (4-0). Both fighters are making their CFFC debuts.
Roberts, 29, debuted as a professional under the Bellator banner. He made the most of his high-profile matchup with AJ Agazarm by securing a split-decision win. After this debut win, he spent most of his humble beginnings fighting under the American Kombat Alliance. Roberts quickly went 4-0 with three stoppages in this promotion. He faced his first career defeat against the well-experienced submission artist Sergio Cossio. This happened during his return to Bellator in October 2023. Roberts responded positively to this loss, going on a two-fight win streak.
Rzgoev, 29, is still extremely unproven and raw as a prospect. He made his professional debut in February 2023. He has quickly accumulated four straight wins, all coming via first-round stoppage. Rzgoev holds two TKOs and two submissions on his record. That said, the Armenian will be best served in taking this fight to the ground against Roberts. This will be Rzgoev’s first fight in the United States.
Prediction: Jesse Roberts via KO/TKO

Tuff-N-Uff 142 Main Card
Featherweight Championship Main Event
Jamie Siraj (C) vs. Diego Brandao
Reigning Tuff-N-Uff featherweight champion Jamie Siraj (12-2) faces a formidable opponent. He takes on TUF 14 winner and UFC veteran Diego Brandao (29-22), one of MMA’s forgotten gems.
Siraj, 30, rides an extremely impressive nine-fight win streak coming into this title defense against the veteran. The reigning champion’s career, which started back in 2014, has ultimately been delayed due to an unfortunate twelve canceled bouts. Siraj is now in his third fight with the promotion. He wants to make a statement while catching the eye of UFC matchmakers.
Brandao, 37, has fought some of the biggest names ever to grace the sport of MMA. The wild and hard-hitting Brazilian has faced big names like Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, and Brian Ortega. Brandao had ten fights inside the UFC with a record of 6-4. Once outside the promotion, Brandao’s career went for a rollercoaster ride, with instability from 2017 to 2019. The MMA veteran was on an unexpected six-fight win streak from 2019 to 2022. However, the 37-year-old bounced back from this losing streak. He went 4-2 over his last six fights. His most recent appearance inside the cage was unfortunate, as he suffered a second-round TKO loss in July 2024.
Prediction: Jamie Siraj via Unanimous Decision
Featherweight Co-main Event
Canaan Kawaihae vs. Marlon Gonzales
The card’s co-main event features a showdown between featherweights Canaan Kawaihae (9-2-0) and Marlon Gonzales (15-6-2) scheduled for three rounds.
Kawaihae, 27, returns to the cage after a nearly two-year hiatus from competing. The Hawaiian submission threat is riding a three-fight win streak in this co-main event opportunity. He has appeared on Dana White’s Contender Series twice. His first shot came in 2018 against the talented grappler Chase Hooper, where he came up short. He made his second attempt on DWCS in 2021. Unfortunately, he fell short once again, this time against Jonas Bilharinho.
Gonzales, 33, is in desperate need of a win. The Peruvian bantamweight finds himself in a tough predicament on a three-fight skid. His last win came in Combate Americas back in May 2019. Gonzales last competed in Jorge Masvidal’s Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA in March 2024. He now makes his Tuff-N-Uff debut against the younger Kawaihae.
Prediction: Canaan Kawaihae via KO/TKO
